Have you looked at http://www.gnrcovers.de.gg ? They have a bunch of covers.

Yup, I know that website. Those covers are either low resolution or plain ugly  .

That place has the details for a download of all* the DVD covers, if you don't have them already. If that's no good, you'll have to wait for someone else to chime in because that's the best I can do!
