I was wondering if we ever got any stats on the GNR equipment like how much stuff there was, guitars, amps, etc.?  How long it takes to unload and set up the stage?  What the road crew's best time is for set up and tear down?

Apart from information about individual band members set up and equipment which in most cases you can find on your website, not sure how much information you can find out about crew set up times etc. Maybe someone else would know.
