With the amount of booze consumed by the members here, they all appear LD.

Another thing I was wondering... Are they still using the 'Matrix' style video? For that matter did they use it last year?

On the last tour (probably this one too) Nocturne Productions supplied the screen set-up according to their website. GNR aren't one of the featured bands there so no luck getting the exact specs. Looks like regular LED screens on stage though, GNR went low-tech I guess.

I was at the 06 Wembley gig and they didn't have those matrix effect cameras this time. They were really cool though, I saw them a couple of times in 02 with them.

I believe they had those in Hammerstein, I can faintly remember seeing that during, Nightrain.. None in Vegas or NJ though later on in '06. Sad

those are just standard LED displays, nothing special about the technology, all they have to accommodate is the camera feed...they're not HD...same as the ones you'll see at big football matches, its just that the gnr ones are set up slightly differently, so they're not a standard screen shape....

It sounds really interesting.

I was lucky enough to catch a show last year but don't recall any screens.

Nocturne also did that for 'em on the UYI tour.
