Yea, I'm sure there have been plenty of pictures of the band up.  Not just Axl.  It's not like they're trying to ignore the "new band" element in any publicity.  That's why they're releasing a DVD of the new band in Chicago and not a DVD of Slash and Duff.

And if I recall correctly, I remember Finck being used for one of the article's pictures. And don't forget Frank's picture in Del James' article.

What Del James article?

one that was posted for about 10 minutes and then taken down... it was very umm... much against the anti gnr "fans" or people that complain about things the band does and it gave an insider perspective on the band stuff it was pretty cool

Every single one of MotherGooseLuvr's posts are dripping with sarcasm. Don't take anything you read that he writes seriously.

I've just checked this site for the "there's only 13 tuesdays left between now and the end of the year" statement which I'm pretty sure has been there for weeks.

Can anyone else confirm this?

Thoughts?

Yes it has been taken off..

Thoughts?

A - They're covering all evidence of ever saying that

or

B - There gonna make us think A but actually are gonna surprise release the album against all odds

or

C - Neither of the above, they just deleted it

Discouting option B because a surprise release has been denied by all 'in the know' I think it's fair to say things look pretty fuckin bleak for an '06 release! (apologies for stating the obvious!)

It looks like someone pushed a reset button lately, no info, no commercials.
Can't blame them for taking it off, it's Dec 15th (where I am) 2006 is off.
I am sure before the end of the year an announcement/press release will be released with an explanation.

It now has grammar corrections too.

Now people will stop freaking about the "end of Guns" part of it.

Do you guys think that when the album is finished, the wesbite will actually have Album related stuff?  By that I mean a picture of the album, track listings, etc.

It's always surprised me the webiste doesn't have any band history or discography from the past.  It has been just a tour promotion spot thus far.
