I'm hoping they put up a freakin online store on there! if i were them i would have had that ready to go months ago!!!
I agree I would love to have an online store, my 02 shirts are fading, and getting that old shirt smell.

Believe it or not, my 02 shirt is still in good shape. I think that might be because I have a ridiculous amount of rock shirts so they don't get recycled that often.

I love my two 02 shirts... only the hardcore fans wear the 02 gear! Wo0o0o

Me too! I love that shirt. I was thinking about wearing that or the Hammerstein shirt to the gig this fall.

Geez,  I can't stop watchin the Nightrain-Video - his voice is fascinating. Really sad that this video has this big flaw with Rons missing solo - would be the perfect promo-video to share with friends.  Embarrassed

I still used it as a promo to show to people - both as proof that the new band rock, and as proof that if a song's great, it doesn't need a solo.

I'd rather hear the rhythm guitars than Ron anyway-no offense to Ron it's just that clip sounds cool with some of the lead gone. peace

So...what do you think it means nobody updating gunsnroses.com in almost a week? Maybe something bigger is coming or do they think the videos we have is enough, and nothing will be done untill the release date, no matter when that is?

I think maybe something big is coming... yes

I'm really hoping the end of this week or earlier in the next week we get something telling us the date.

I am seriously worried that nothing will happen before the tour. If they dont do something soon, this tour could really go just "so-so"...i keep hoping that b/c nothing new has happened on the site, that something big will happen soon.

I'm sure they'll update it with the NEW YORK press release...maybe something else to follow.  Who knows, he just needs to talk about the album on the tour and quit acting like Greatest Hits is the last album he'll ever put out!

That's a valid point.  I do not want the effort and loyalty that the band members have invested tainted by the notion that this thing has the possibility of becoming something akin to a Poison/Cinderella nostalgia night, or some type of "Rat Pack" Vegas revue.

The website and subsequent press releases are reasons for optimism, and hopefully within the next 3 weeks this thing will break the proverbial "glass ceiling" and truly take off.
