yep the pardise city MTV music video was shot in donnington so kinda fitting to open a new era to the public in a familiar location with a familiar song? at least i thought so

I think thats a problem with some of the pro shot stuff. The camera guys don't really know who to watch when. I'd like to see some more band-produced stuff and that would help.

actually that wouldnt really be the issue.
the way to proshot live stuff is shot is they have a lot of cameras out there (sometimes more then 10) watching different stuff, and they watch the feeds from video monitors, and select which monitor has the best image at that time. someone somewhere will always have something interesting in that situation.

So what if some casual fans somewhere have not seen this (even though its been in the download section for months) it's not what we wanted. If they posted a blank video some people here would still try and justify it instead of just admitting it's not what is wanted.

ummm....it's not what I wanted but, I can understand why they put it up......that was to break the ice I guess.....keep in mind that there are still more to come...I want to see what else they'll put up before saying that I am not enjoying the choices they are making for their site....

Are people bitching about the video? I can't be bothered reading back all these pages, but I actually thought it was a good choice. Whole band + Izzy, good show, crowd into it, BIG crowd, known song. Hopefully the next video is a track off CD.

I'm aware of how they produce a live concert feed but your explination doesn't really give a reason for why there's not enough of other band members.

Again, that would be because the people in control didn't really know who to focus on.

I gotta say, I honestly think someone would try to justify it. On the other hand, I think if they posted an entire acoustic show (new songs and all) with the soundboard audio some people here would still find a way to complain.

I am on this board every day, and have not seen this video. ?Some of us just don't have the bandwith (figuretively) to look for/download everything that's available in the downloading section. Hell, I hardly ever GO there. ?I only go there to get what I can on concerts I've actually been to.

So yeah, it was new to a whole hell of a lot of people and greatly appreciated. ?I can't wait to see what else they put up there
