Really exciting news and I am curious what the design will look like. If it will give some hint for the CD cover? What kind of colors are used, if any history stories are on the site, perhaps more explainaitoins for some of our questions???

Wouldn't be surprised to have a CD countdown saying..."only 13 Tuesdays left in 2006"...etc.

edit: Actually it is pointing to the real site already, but it is redirecting to ArtistDirect. The site is already on the same NS (nameservers) as mlb.com, but A record is poniting to IP of ArtistDirect and MX record is pointing to hanna.artisdirect.com, both with low TTL of 300, which means once there is DNS change it will be fastly propagated over internet. Disclaimer: I only think that is true.

is it only on the DNS it has to be changed? Does it mean we should actually already be able to connect to it via the IP addres or something? Or is it secured?

possibly, if you can randomly guess IPs.  Or they could have their default/index.htm file names something like zzzdefault.htm and then when it's time to go live they simply remove the z's and replace the existing file.
