My Nightrain stuff came today.  Mine came today, but I only got the T-shirt and Lanyard... not the Hoodie. Also not sure if there is supposed to be a premium member lanyard (based on the wording of the wear your lanyard)... Looks like the basic package. |

There was a specific email with my order number on it that I did NOT post. Received that email Monday evening and the stuff came with the regular mail on Thursday. |

There was a specific email with my order number on it that I did NOT post. Received that email Monday evening and the stuff came with the regular mail on Thursday. Alright. Haven't received that one yet, so I guess I'll have to be patient a bit longer  -E |

I purchased the "premium" membership with the hoodie. Today I received the t-shirt, lanyard, but not the hoodie. I just emailed them about the missing hoodie, but it looks like I'm not the only one who experienced this issue. Has anyone else received the hoodie?

My guess is that they are trying to prioritize them by area. While they have missed getting things out before shows in the US... they still have to prioritize the US and South America before they worry about Europe. With that said, I know people travel to these show, but they can't take all of these variables into the process. It must have been overwhelming demand. |
