The pre-sales have been a benefit for quite some time.

The membership is valid for a year. So whoever wanted to, could've joined in November and been all set for the Coachella pre-sale.
But some didn't. They didn't wanna join "just for the lottery".

$10 per year. Just in case there's a tour... Not worth it? That's up to you. Smiley

Sure, now that there finally are some.

Its a great turn of events that people that were enticed with random giveaways with lottery level chances of success and 'Welcome To the Jingle' t-shirts were able to take advantage of an actual benefit once it came along.  But tickets are the only real reason for fanclubs.  I can't fault someone that wasn't as wowed with that other stuff.

But like I and many others have said, people that didn't keep up with it or never joined have no legit beef being on the outside looking in now.

There have been benefits to Nightrain all along, the Flash Perks, The Giveaways , and Not having to put up with Negative and Toxic Trolls are 3 of them. Cheesy

Just never saw the point... there were never any shows prior to this announcement that you would have NEEDED a pre sale password for...

If they allow new members before the summer tour...great, i'll sign up...if not... no biggie. I think everybody who wants to go see a stadium show will get a chance.

It is cool that they were looking our for the long time Nightrain customers.

It was cool, and I too didn't rejoin because there weren't any shows on the horizon. I guess I should have had more faith that this would all actually happen. Anyway, the Coachella tickets were definitely a cool gesture. BUT, it's a pretty costly festival that many people would have to incur expenses to travel to. Now before this comes off as a complaint, here's why I bring this up. I worry that they keep the Nightrain closed when other dates pop up and let those same loyal fans have first dibs on those tickets which may be more appealing in a geographic sense. Then, I'd really be kicking myself for not rejoining earlier.

Maybe they can reopen it and put newer members on a different, less exclusive level? I'll gladly settle for 2nd row.  hihi

I think they will open up the fan club again before they announce a full fledged tour. But the price to join I think will be a bit more than the 10$ they offered before this, or simply buying something from the store. Probably along the lines of other fan clubs, 45$ or so. Be nice if they allow present member to re-up at a cheaper rate if it comes up to renewal though.

I did notice when clicking on membership....I no longer see the out of stock error.  Now I get a 404 page not found.  IDK if that 's a good sign or not, but it sure looks like they're working on something.

The site has just been updated and it looks terrific. The news section has a cool "Lies" style headline and the previous link that said "Events" now says "Tour".  yes Also, the videos section is back and there's a new section with the discography. The whole theme of the site is that of classic Guns.
