Is anybody willing to help me out with a very important PHP/Mysql essay I have?

It's an easy thing if you're familiar with this stuff, but I know NOTHING about it and I'm desperate!  crying

Any help will be much appreciated.  Smiley

well I've already made a javascript/HTML form of a questionnaire and now I'm supposed to use PHP to save the results and display the statistics.  Undecided
