In shows Robin Finck gave clue. for me he is the best part of that band
Come on dude. Trent Reznor writes all the songs and plays almost everything on the CD. How can Robin Finck have been the best part of the band? If Aaron North left NIN to join GN'R, would he also be the best part of NIN? I don't see how anyone but trent could even be considered part of NIN. Like you said trent writes and records it all himself. Trent is NIN.

The latest ARG clue reveals Chinese Democracy http://yearzero.nin.com/img/105.htmlGo to that page and all you see is a broken image. Web designers out there will notice that the Source code reveals the broken image to be called "chinesedemocracy.jpg". Obviously the url to the image is incorrect (on purpose) but once cracked it could reveal something? Probably some joke about how the album still hasnt been released in 2022 lol

I love "With Teeth"
I have listened to the new leaks and I can tell this is a super complex album that will take multiple listens.
I am gonna wait for the album to come out so I can listen to the tracks in order to help better understand the concept.
Music is incredible though.

yeah in a way i hope there arent any more leaks till the album is released. even if it shows up on torrent sites i wont try to DL it. i've heard enough from the album to keep me satasfied. i want the other 12 songs to be a surprise. but of course i could change my mind out of curiousity...ugh. must..fight..the..urge. i just watched Beside You In Time, it was great. not as good as And All That Could Have Been but still good. my only complaint is that the synth on most of the songs is a little too low in the mix. my highlights were Somehwat Damaged and The Big Come Down. fucking awesome.

I'm a huge NIN fan (although I didn't like the poppy With Teeth), but the last thing I'd say about NIN that the music is complex. It's not. (Well, once Trent wrote The Downward Spiral, one of the best albums of all time - that was complex, I agree). Trent is a well-known for being a minimalist composer. I like his distorted sound, but the new songs have...what..like 5 channels? And there isn't such an orgy of ideas. I love Trent's world, I really dig this new concept (both music and lyrics wise), but it'll be a very simple album, although I agree, it'd need a lot of time for the average listeners to get into.

Amazing live band. Glasgow was pretty incredible. Anyone know what happened in Manchester? Trent seemed to be pretty pissed off about how the UK was treating him before he headed North of the border.
