I was just about to post the tracklist. Anyway, too bad he's still stuck on this live lineup, which is in my opinion the...least good...version of this band. I hate to see that cheesedick Aaron North is still in the band. I mean I knew he would be I guess I was just hoping for a miracle. I'll still be seeing them again. Always gotta see NIN when you can. My absolute favorite band next to Guns N' Roses. Has been for years.

The Year Zero advertising campaign has begun. Hype machine behind the album seems far more ambitious than anything any other nin record has ever seen.
Rather than just advertise Year Zero, it  seems like TR wants to tie the  ad campaign as a part of the actual release.

So far a series of mini sites,   detailing  the dark scifi-ish near future USA  Year Zero will be about, have been opened.

Looks like YZ will be muuuch more concept oriented than I would have ever  guessed.

More details, discussion and whatnot about the campaign, it's secrets, themes& the world YZ will be based can be read at

HOLY SHIT!!

http://www.fmqb.com/Article.asp?id=350363

Nine Inch Nails has revealed the tracklist for Year Zero on the Web site yearzero.nin.com, and it looks like the new CD will have 16 tracks. The album is due in stores on April 17, and the first single, ?Survivalism," will arrive at radio on February 27 with an add date of March 6. Reportedly Year Zero will be the first of two concept albums, and the second one will be released probably in 2008.

this is only the beginning!!

Holy shit times three!!!
a leak!

My Violent Heart has been made available by Nin, check out

My Violent Heart

You and I, we may look the same
But we are very far apart
There's bullet-holes where my compassion used to be
And there is violence in my heart

Into fire you can send us
From the fire we return
You can label us a consequence
Of how much you have to learn

You can try but you'll never understand
This is something you will never understand
Can you hear it now?
Hear it coming now?
Can you hear it now?

On hands and knees
We crawl
You cannot stop us all

Our bones, our skin
We will not let you win

You have set something in motion
Much greater than you've ever known
Standing there in all your grand naivety
About to reap what you have sown

Time will feed upon your weaknesses
And soon you'll lose the will to care
When you return to the place that you call home
We will be there, we will be there

On hands and knees
We crawl
You cannot stop us all
Our blood will stay
We will not go away

On hands and knees
We crawl
You can not stop us all
Our blood our ways
Will never leave this place

We crawl
We crawl
We crawl
We crawl

Loving it!
I'm kinda hearing the same tiny hint of general half-assedness in the music, something that was (for me) present through the WT.
However, overall mood, way it is spoken/sang and something that is extremely difficult to define and shall hereby be called as Kahunas of this song are just kicking my ass. Great stuff. So much better than 1st few WT leaks few years back. Woohoo!

Gotta love the marketing campaign. They really know how to get net communities hyped up:p Entire nin fanbase  has turnd into screaming 13 year old girls searching for huge raging clues. It's fucking great:D
It's in the water!!!

Its incredible.

lyrically, its better than most of With Teeth, and its its very refreshing because its not Trent singing about self loathing, its new territory thematically.

musically, it sounds like a combination of the bouncy beats from The Fragile and the sheer ferocity and "in your faceness" of Broken (specifically the chorus).

i think we are in for a treat, this album is gonna rule.
