i find the "minimalist" comment kinda weird since trent has described the record as "noisy" and has talked about going back to tons of layers and stuff since With Teeth was pretty minimalist itself and very stripped down and straightforward. but the magazine only listened to a couple songs so who knows how the rest of the record sounds.

Nine Inch Nails begin their European tour in two days. supposedly they wont be playing any new songs cuz trent doesnt want us to experience the new material for the first time on a shitty youtube bootleg.

anyone seeing them on this current leg of the tour?

good set, i don't blame him for not playing anything new until the album is out. i'd rather hear the new stuff on the album and not a bootleg.

I'm really looking forward to the new DVD. I think NIN is one band that sounds better live. I wish the new DVD was also released along with a live album, like the 2002 DVD. I'd like to listen to it on my discman.

Can't wait until the new album's out! I have a feeling it's going to kick some serious ass!

holy shit i heard rumors that they played "Ruiner" and "We're In This Together" tonight!!! this is insane!!! still waiting for confirmation, i hope its true. wow hes been busting out all these old songs, wonder if he'll attempt The Perfect Drug and And All That could have been??? i hope this shit shows up on youtube.
