Thanks for the concert info from last night Jarmo. I was very interested as I had a friend who was in attendance and haven't talked to them yet. ok

Saw NIN live for the first time ever last night at the Brixton Academy in London.

First, I love the venue (saw VR there in January) and second, I've been listening to NIN for 12 years or so. So I knew that seeing NIN at this great venue would be something special.

I was right! That was one fucking great show!  Grin

Pretty cool to hear the crowd singing along to Hurt.

There were no encores, I don't know why. Maybe they wanted to finish before 11pm.....

Set:

Beside You In Time (intro)
The Frail
The Wretched
You Know What You Are
The Line Begins To Blur
March Of The Pigs
Something I Can Never Have
The Hand That Feeds
With Teeth
Terrible Lie
Burn
Closer
Reptile
The Big Comedown
Love Is Not Enough
Suck
Even Deeper
Getting Smaller
Gave Up
The Day The World Went Away
Hurt
Wish
Starfuckers
Head Like A Hole

/jarmo

sounds like it was awesome jarmo. looks like a pretty typical setlist for the tour with the exceptions of the big comedown and getting smaller. the rest they pretty much play every show. they are gonna be here in dallas in october. i doubt ill get to go though Sad

Just picked up this album a few days back. It's pretty good.

I like the last two songs the best.

They probably will start playing more tracks from "With Teeth" on the next leg.

I would love to hear the song "With Teeth" in concert, especially when they go into the real slow piano  part that u can barely hear on the CD.

I? figured they wouldve played "The Collector" and "Only" over Love is not enough and with teeth.

More reason why it needs to be played loud imo. He has so many instruments, noises kept low.....then you crank it to hear them....then BLAM! He goes off and you're thrown back in your seat. hihi

haha, yea, it's like how an orchestra plays......low, low, low....lower......CRASH BANG BOOM!!!!!!!

HEAR THAT?!?!?  hihi

But it sets a tone, and is brilliant I think. Many of his songs are like that.

It is great for late night driving, if ya know what I'm saying:weird, loud and keeps you awake!

According to Trent they recorded the two London shows on July 4th and 5th.

Would be pretty nice to see something from the show on the 5th officially released......  ok

How are the shows selling for the Fall leg of the tour. The Spring shows sold out in like 2 minutes, but these US shows are at bigger venues.

My wish list:
Somewhat Damaged
We're In This Together
The Perfect Drug
And All That Could Have Been
Last
I know the setlist will be heavily With Teeth? material but i hope they play at least one of those songs to mix it up.?

From With Teeth (songs they havent played yet from the album that i'd like to hear)
Only
Right Where It Belongs
Sunspots

I'm also a casual Manson fan, u guys think he'll show up again like the last time at MSG??? haha doubt it. By the way, whats going on between Trent and Manson these days?? They had a falling out, then made up, but now it seems like they're pissed off at each other again. I think its ironic that Trent has Jeordie White (Formally Twiggy Ramirez with Marilyn Manson) playing with him now lol.? Does anyone else have some songs they wish they'll play?
