legendary shit, there's still a shot for me to see them this summer, trying to get my friends to understand that a festival with NIN, slipknot and FNM among others are better then a festival with regina spektor, franz ferdinand and the killers

yes

"We got to the tent, and it was Robin first, then Justin, then Trent, then Ilan. I met Robin, shook his hand, said it was nice to meet him, and he signed my copy of ...And All That Could Have Been. I wanted to ask him how much of a prick Axl Rose is, but forgot. The guy behind me did, though, so I got my answer anyway ("Not all all)."  Grin

What Trent is saying isn't just valid for NIN......

I really don't understand what kind of "fan" spends that kind of time and money to travel across the country seeing a band, to then dedicate an incredible amount of time and energy into non-stop hate diatribes online. That one puzzles me a little.

Was at NIN/JA last night in Pittsburgh:

Great show, missed the first 10 minutes of NIN to due insane traffic (and we left super early)....Trent kicked ass though and Robin looked like he was having one hell of a great time.  Is it just me or is Trent beefing up to kick somebodies ass?  He looked ripped.

Jane's Addiction was ok...never really a big fan, but Dave Navarro did an amazing job and Eric Avery tore it up on bass.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

TRENT REZNOR Says BONNAROO Was NINE INCH NAILS' Last-Ever U.S. Concert - June 15, 2009

According to MTV News, NINE INCH NAILS mainman Trent Reznor announced during his band's early-morning set on Sunday, June 14 at the three-day Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee that the performance would be his long-running group's last-ever U.S. date.

"It just dawned on me that this is our last show ever in the United States," Reznor told the crowd. "Don't be sad. I'll keep going. But I think I'm going to lose my ... mind if I keep doing this, and I have to stop."
