^ don't forget, the chargers were banged up as well when they lost to the Patriots.? If I'm not mistaken, their interior d-lineman was ailing.
Yeah but they still have Norv Turner as their coach.  That fact outweighs any preceding injuries they may have had.

^ ha.  poor Norv.  What team lets a 14-2 coach go?  I really didn't understand that.

I want to know where Michael Turner's going for 2008.  He's a stud hidden behind LT.  Sproles is excellent too.  The Chargers have a major surplus at rb.

Maybe they'll be traded to NE for a 4th round pick.

16-0 means absolutely nothing without the Super Bowl win BECAUSE

If u lose in the playoffs, U aren't UNDEFEATED anymore.

Remember my fav Vikings team, I can't remember the year, but didn't they go like 15-1 or something and then had those first half screwups against Carolina or somebody *my Mind is so fuzzy* and lost in the playoffs?

That team was one of the best ever but losing erased them from memory.

U gotta win the Super Bowl.

if not, 16-0 means nothing.

D, that was the '98-'99 Vikings.  It was Moss's rookie year.  The loss came at the Metrodome.  Freakin Gary Anderson missed his first field goal of the season that game.  Cunningham choked.  Dennis Green went for the jugular at the end of the 1st half and screwed us.  Incomplete Cunningham passes led to enough time for the Dirty Bird Falcons to score before the end of the first half.

Yes I remember now

I thought I had finally gotten that out of my memory.

Anderson missed a GIMME!!!!!! Wasn't it like inside 40 yards.

I remember watching that game in disbelief.

Yeah I hear you, 16-0 will be an afterthought if they lose in the playoffs.  I was nervous about losing last nights game, I can just imagine what the playoffs are gonna be like.  Hopefully the players keep it together a little better than us fans.  Not winning the Super Bowl would be quite an embarassment at this point, no doubt.  Even though there are many worthy teams out there.

black coach can help save another black coach's job...

Dungy will play Manning the whole game due to Harrision being back.

I want the Colts to win, because Cleveland has had a great season and they deserve to go to the postseason.

Those fans have suffered too much.

Deserve to be in the playoffs? Whatever happened to earning it?

I think they've earned a right to play in January.

Just need a little help, that's all.

No way. Sorgi's in to start the 2nd half if the Colts are winning...which they should be.
btw, I loved that Cleveland fan's banner.  Very creative.  beer

If I could see it without any risk, I'd like to see what Sorgi could actually do for a whole game with all the regulars playing.  He's obviously no Manning, but he was decent up at Wisconsin.

I was torn about tonight's game.  I would prefer to see Cleveland play, but I also don't mind Tennessee getting in, so that I can explain to Pats fans how easy they had it, when three AFC South teams are in the playoffs and the WORST South team would've been #2 in the laughable East.  Grin

Cleveland cant bitch because they blew it against Cincy last week. A game they should've had no problems winning if they were truly a playoff team.

Randy Moss is my fav NFL Player, and I am so happy he has delivered a HUGE FUCK YOU to all the critics who tried to say he was done and wasn't worth a 4th round pick.

I think Moss is the greatest WR to ever play the game.

I like Moss, too.  His antics never bothered me a bit, as opposed to TO, who is only a team player if things are going well.

But, yeah...it's still Rice.  Then Harrison.  Grin

moss quit on his team for no other reason except they sucked. people thought he was done cause he looked so bad and no one could believe he would actually be so blatant in his quitting.

I can't honestly say that I saw too many of his Raiders games, so that's news to me.  But I always liked him in Minnesota.
