i was talking to a member of staff at HMV earlier today about the CD release date and he said
" we have advertised other dates before, but this is the first time we have had a concrete release date "
still bollocks if you ask me......just thought id share it
if the stores keep on fabricating release dates then does it open them up to some sort of legal action?

^^that's an interesting point. when you think about it, there is someone out there making up all these ficticious release dates and then publicizing them at various places as fact......that's fraud, in a way. and it makes axl look bad when the dates come and go and no record....that's defamation of character......i think axl should sue the shit outta them!  |

Wonder how long the mixing/mastering process will take.
It's been over 3 months since Del James reported the recording was done and the mixing process had already begun.
Of course in GNRland we could easily be waiting another 5-10 years but seriously, how long does an album usually spend getting mixed/mastered?
