I've heard it a couple times on 93X here in the Twin Cities but its not in heavy rotation like Slither was when it came out.

Chinese Democracy Is Coming Some Day!!!

On the latest US Charts May 14 - May 20
Mainstream Rock: She Builds debuted at #29
Active Rock: She Builds debuted at #33
This is from mediabase 24/7. They have charts for US Radio air play.

Not bad at all for the opening week of a single.

Whether VH1 plays the video or not will factor into a lot-they played the hell out of Slither, Fall to Pieces

The band will appear this Wednesday, May 23, on Fuse.tv's live show 'The Sauce'. It is unclear at this point if the band will perform or do an interview, but it is expected that Fuse will premiere the band's brand new video for 'She Builds Quick Machines'. The Sauce starts at 6PM ET.

I have never heard the track in the radio, and I listen to radio a lot... I live in Argentina, and all airplay is based in Avril Lavigne, Keane, Evanescence and all these kind of bands that are not ''wow, THESE are great bands'', but they are all more known and more succesful than VR (at least, here)

The only VR song which had a more or less intense airplay was ''Slither''. I've heard ''Fall To Pieces'' 4 or 5 times, and not a single time ''Dirty Little Thing'' and ''Come On Come In''.

What is strange is that this song ''She Build Quick Machines'' is allegedely a more friendly song for radio airplay... catchy chorus, poppy vocals, no lyrics to interpret/think...but it's well known that the line between ''friendly'' and ''excessively mediocre'' is too thin these days

I heard it on Sirius today, Octane channel 20.  I saw it was on there on Friday too.

I don't listen to the radio much myself, but I have heard it many times already on 93.3 WMMR in Philly since last Wednesday.  They play a lot of VR, and not just the singles.

I rarely listen either, but I heard it as well.  In fact, I could have sworn I heard the acoustic "Used To Love Her" they did on KROQ in 2004.

Maybe this is in the wrong thread, but I just don't think this song is that good, may not get much radio play. Hopefully it will grow on me after a few more listens.

You should have seen the cover they wanted to do. It wasn't a glove, believe me.

You're right, I heard that too.

On the first listen I thought it was garbage, with the exception of Slash.  After a good number of plays, it has progressed to somewhat tolerable, but still not that good.
