http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1R1M8pv_PLMHere Axl says, in 2001, that Paul worked underground for the last 7 years and without him there "would be NO more Guns N' Roses".. So he was there then, and since has seemingly dissapeared. ANY info on his whereabouts or current situation within the band?

that's why the album isnt finished.
Paul is not there.
pittman just couldnt handle all the work alone. hence the delays.
isnt it funny how much this band has managed to contradict it self over the years?

He was saying that Paul kept the band together thru some extremely tough times. Paul left the band once it was time to tour, because he never wanted to be in the touring band. The way I see it, Paul stuck by the band as long as Axl needed him too. Once things were more in place, Paul stepped back and they got Richard. And who knows what level of involvment he still has with the band. |
