Headbangers Ball Ireland has posted a rare plugged version of the Gilby Clarke song 'Skin & Bones' online at the following location www.myspace.com/headbangersballireland (in the blog section). The song originally comes from Gilbys 1995 Blooze EP which was only released in Japan.

If I'm contacted from anyone concerning Gilby, his management, his record label...anyone at all...through either this site or through myspace then Ill be glad to take it down. Im planning to take it down in a few days anyway, its just a little nugget to share with people, im just spreading Gilbys music, im sure he wouldnt mind me putting up one 12 yr old song thats already been released as an unplugged version 13yrs ago

So this was an advice... But you probably didn't notice the word "SUGGEST" in my sentence.

I don't know if you have problems with authority but this was not the case.

It doesn't matter if it's 12 years old. It's still copyrighted material that has been officialy released by Gilby's record company in Japan and you can't use to promote your site...

That would be a great excuse to upload AFD or UYI on some server and let people download it for fun. But it doesn't work like this...

You could use a sample. Not the whole song.

point taken, and I apologise, but as I've said before I'd be fully prepared to take it down if I was contacted by anyone from Gilbys record company or anyone representing him. So far I've recieved no such email and this has even been reported on Blabbermouth.net

The song is free, and will remain free for the duration of time it will be up on the site
