No question. Although a Better single with Chinese Democracy as the B-side would be ideal. Better would get play on all stations from mainstream and modern rock to more pop stations. Chinese D would get heavy play on rock stations. It would also do a nice job of once again showing the versatility of GnR |

CD has a more unique sound than Better. It's more distinct and memorable in my opinion. I'd go with that as the first single, followed by Better and TWAT. |

Of course I would prefer a great (as of yet unheard) rocker in the spirit of WTTJ or YCBM... but UNLESS they've got somethin' sittin' around that's 100% that quality... play it safe with "Better".

The radio edit of CD would totally cut off and neuter the intro, so it might not be the best single choice.
Probably going to be something like Better that is friendly and easy on the ears because the first single means basically everything to the project succeeding.
