Most international bands don't charge anything below $100, so I guess that would be a good starting point.
And bands that I've seen previously at Acer Arena (Motley Crue, Foo Fighters) have all been over $100, and being that this is GUNS N' FUCKING ROSES, I'd say prices would be even higher.

Exactly. While GN'R may have toured the US several times playing the same/similar setlists, we haven't had GN'R in this part of the world since 1993, so I'm not fussed if the setlist is the same again. |

I can't believe they are actually coming to Perth as well. Even so I think I will still fly East to catch another couple of shows as well. It's a pretty rare event to have GN'R in Oz - better make the most of it!!!!

This is great for the people down there! Maybe after they get done with Japan and Africa on May 1st they will come back to the US to do some press for the Album before going down to Australia in Early June? Its possible, but we would probably have to hear about it in the next week or so.

Why Sebastion? Because he is happy to do it, and you'd have to think that the line of opening bands we would actually like to see that are knocking down Axl's door to have the job is non-existant. Opening for Guns is not the gig it used to be, and given how fickle a GNR crowd can be it might not be worth it to alot of bands. |

I used to like Silverchair, but I've liked them less and less with each album. And their new song is just keyboards and singing, what happened to the guitars and the cool riffs they used to write? I remember Daniel Johns saying some less than pleasant things about GN'R a few years ago too... At least the Screaming Jets are a rock band. Anyway, back on topic, GUNS N FUCKING ROSES ARE TOURING AUSTRALIA IN 2007!!!!! |
