it's clearly bullshit and the numbers don't compare to for how much sites really are sold... what they're trying to do is calculate the site's value in terms of search engine optimization... your site has been around much longer than gunsnroses.com, has a lot more sites linking to it, shorter domain name (gr is shorter than com) etc... it still baffles me what makes a dollar and what doesn't in their calculation... i'd like to see the algorithm implemented there...
