Monterrey is a great city for Guns to play. Hah, I remember back in 1993 when they last played the city...even though I was only 4 years old, I can still remember the big deal that was made of the band's visit. (I used to live there)

To be honest, I don't think anyone cares what continent Mexico classifies itself as, everyone's aware of where it is.  If you're really that concerned consult an atlas or encyclopedia.
