Gilby produced the music for the new Frankie B short starring Taryn Manning.

Gilby's song "Let's Get Lost" and Lou Reed's "Sweet Jane" were both sung by Taryn herself.

The new version of Let's Get Lost will be available soon...

 Gilby did a cameo in the new Fall Out Boy video "I Don't Care". It's quite a clever video and there's some hilarious surprises. Gilby said "i had a blast, they're cool dudes..." And it's the first video from their new record.

GILBY CLARKE At His Home Studio - Nov. 30, 2008

Japan's WeROCK City has posted video footage of former GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Gilby Clarke at his home studio. Gilby shows off his guitar collection, including his treasured Zemaitis Silvertop Custom Deluxe axe, which was made by Tony Zemaitis in London in 1991.

Gilby had the wonderful opportunity to meet Tony and his lovely wife Anne when GN'R was performing at the Freddy Mercury tribute concert in London in 1991.

Gilby has always wanted a Zemaitis since the first time he saw Ron Wood and James Honeyman Scott play one in the late '80s/early '90s. He went to the Zemaitis home and had tea and snacks with Tony and his wife. They chatted about old English guitarists that they both admired, the blues and cars. Tony then hand-made Gilby his first Zemaitis guitar, mostly derived from the Ron Wood model.

The Silvertop is Gilby's favorite guitar he has ever owned, and it will never leave his side. He played it a lot during the GN'R years and in some videos, and photo shoots.

GILBY CLARKE, STEPHEN PERKINS, ERIC DOVER Join Forces In HALLOWEEN JACK - Jan. 18, 2009

Guitarist Gilby Clarke (ex-GUNS N' ROSES), drummer Stephen Perkins (ex-JANE'S ADDICTION), bassist Daniel Schulman (ex-GARBAGE), and vocalist Eric Dover (ex-SLASH'S SNAKEPIT, ALICE COOPER, JELLYFISH) have joined forces in a new project called HALLOWEEN JACK. The band, which is "laying down an old-school glitter party that will cook your eardrums, blow your mind, and rock your world," will play its first North American concert on January 28 at the Dragonfly in Los Angeles.

GILBY CLARKE, TRACII GUNS To Join Forces For 'Lone Guns' Tour - Mar. 4, 2009

Gilby Clarke (GUNS N' ROSES) and Tracii Guns (L.A. GUNS) are joining forces for the first time and embarking on the "Lone Guns" North American tour. Clarke will perform songs from GUNS N' ROSES as well as ROCKSTAR SUPERNOVA and Tracii Guns has promised deep catalog L.A. GUNS tracks as well as the hits, plus surprises. Each encore will feature Gilby and Tracii jamming together and every show will be different so this is guaranteed to be an event not to be missed!

The "Lone Guns" tour will take place in May-June.
