I guess I kind of see what you're saying, but I have to ask are there any supposed song titles we've heard that make you NOT excited to hear the song?  Cock-a-roach soup perhaps?  Thyme?  How deep does this song title theme run exactly?

The setlist will be the same as 2006 and you better not complain or you'll be banned. I hope that this year Chris gets a solo spot with Dizzy. It would be nice if they could jam on "No Quarter" by Led Zeppelin. I want to see them duel it out so we can find out who's the real lord of the keys in GnR. My bet is on Mr Pitman considering he was already a successful musician before he joined GnR, but you never know, Dizzy could surprise!!

" i've wondered that with thyme i think it might be a song of or about a garden some where or something i dont know i'm just guessing here and the same with "Cock-a-roach Soup", "Hearts Get Killed"( + or Hearts Always Get Killed), "Closing In On You", and "Strange Disease". Even though those are just rumored tracks that were once mentioned in an issue of Kerrang in '99 i think that some have great potensial but like you said some you don't know about or can't tell. But more than likely the titles i just mentioned are probably fake

Agree. People want to hear more new songs but also the hits and this happens not only with GNR but with most of the bands. I remember a few years back I went to a Man? concert and although it was great and people wanted more and more,we were all complaining because they hadn?t played some of their hits so, people started to shout the name of a very famous song and in the end they had to play it. So,GNR are no different than any other band.

i wish that gnr would just maybe consider being a bit more like ...... say pearl jam...... the set list doesnt have to be the same all of the time, sure they differ it a little, but i wouldnt miss mr brownstone because NOBODY can play that song like slash. anybody with any doubt needs to just go back and watch their old gnr bootlegs compared to new gnr bootlegs to VR bootlegs. Thats onesong that i think could be left out and replaced.

Would it really hurt them to play some other songs like Civil War, The Garden, etc, etc.     

I think they could shake things up a bit more than they have been. 

I'm not just talking about them only playing new songs here either. 

Nobody can tell me that these guys aren't technically proficient enough to play any of GNR's catalogue. 

It's not that complicated or any harder to play Estranged than it is to play November Rain.    Is it???
