Greetings all

I know there are demos/outtakes for most of the Appetite for Destruction tracks, but can anybody tell me if vocal and/or instrumental demos exist for It's So Easy and Mr Brownstone (not the alternate album mix - I know about that).  I'm also keen to track down the multiple demo/outtake versions of Nightrain, Rocket Queen and Welcome to the Jungle.

Can you please put up the mp3s for any of these - I'd be most appreciative of any AFD outtakes/demos that you could provide (and I sure many others on the board would be too).

cheers from NZ

There is no demo circulating for It's So Easy.  I have looked everywhere and done a fair bit of research.  However, there is one for Mr. Brownstone...I'll try to find my mp3 versions of these demos and post em up later on.

Isn't that Instrumental a fan made or whatever, bot not an actual demo?

The 2 songs are from a cd Called "Appetite Demos" and, for what I know, are real demos and not alt.takes (which sound a lot better).
The Cd (you can find it with different names around) contains every AFD song in demo version.

I can upload it if you want.

thanks so much for these - I had heard about an Its So Easy instrumental but didn't know if it was a genuine GNR performance or a fan-made track so interesting to hear for myself.  It seems unusual that every other AFD song has turned up in "demo" form except a alternate vocal version of Its So Easy...does this mean anything, for example, was Its So Easy a late-comer to the AFD recording sessions which meant it wasn't on the tape that yielded all the other demos, or is some collector just toturing us by preventing the creation of a complete Alternate For Destruction CD.

Does anybody know the origins of the AFD demo tapes?  Were they akin to some of the DATs that are just emerging of some of the UYI ruffs and mixes with specific date and "titles"such as "GN'R Ruffs w/new Slash GTR's 9/21/90" or have they just leaked out in dribs and drabs?
