I think one of the best bands that came after GNR was Blind Melon asides from Axl , the late Shannon Hoon is one of my favorite vocalists.? I know that him and Axl were tight back in the day it be cool to hear GNR play tribute to him randomly one evening at a show, I'd love to hear Axl? sing Soup or Change.

Is Shannon Hoon's death, the reason, or at least part of the reason Axl doesn't want to perform "Don't Cry" anymore?
