I have been a fan since the very beginning and have seen the band, old and new play over 20 times but does that make a fan who is 10 years younger but has posted 2000 times on htgth a bigger fan? i agree, Ferimonyde (prolly not spelled right) only has 27 posts and he is the best at remastering vids and audio i know and there are alot more that have low post count that are very loyal dedicated fans.

thats like saying "ohh your young you don't know the band as good as i do, your not a loyal true fan because they came out when you were in dipers" I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE SAY SHIT LIKE THAT

 The rumor on that site as a whole is false, meaning that the album has not been trned over to the label yet not just the part about the big wigs hearing it in LA or the sept thing but the important tidbit about being handed in to label is false also.

I disagree entirely!  I passed 1000 posts the other day, at which time I stopped conversing with everyone who has under 1000 posts, as I am now better than them. 

I've also noticed that my shit has stopped stinking!

And actually I registered back in 2004 and have read the board rather regularly since then (at least, was checking jarmos site for a while before that). ?Just haven't felt the need to post. ?GNR cancelled on me a few years ago (lost a few dollars in ticetmaster chargers then ?) and didn't make it to my location this last tour (top 5-10 market in the US). ?I've been listening to GNR (as my favorite band) since around 1987 (was all of about 8 years old). ?But it's nice to know I'm not qualified to give an opinion.

And I never said I've given up. ?Just that if September really is the new target, that I wouldn't be surprised if they decide leading up to them that November would be a more profitable time to release it (hey it's only another 2 months), etc.

How many rumored dates have to come and go before we just take them all with a grain of salt. ?And for the theory that we shouldn't discuss rumors - what else do we really have? ?Axl can release this whenever he and the label agree to get it done. ?I'll buy it then. ?But forgive me for not getting my hopes up anymore until it's actually in my hands.
