Its pretty much inevitable at this point that they will play at least once in australia, sooner or later. \
why wouldn't they ?
i just hope we dont get fucked over like last time, one show in melb and one in syd, They need to play all states (including tassie  ) |

  Sorry mate but even I have to laugh at that one!! Tasmania! That's funny! It would be cool for them to do say Syd, Mel and Brisbane but they ain't going to do Tasmania!  Doing Sydney and Melbourne only isn't screwing anyone over.. many acts only even do Melbourne these days!

Yeh come to Newcastle and play in my backyard... ill let them sleep over too! Cres, Ax already has dibbs on my joint. Bar Beach and all...  They'll come to Aus guys. Hopefully later (i.e. post album release) rather than sooner.  You better sort your shit out with Axl coz him N' the boys are stayin at mine in Glendale. LOL. But your right, I doubt very much that Guns will be here before CD is released. |

Just remember Axl HAS to tour every major country to let people know the new GN'R can play, and the album will be just as good as the live performances, before he releases the album.

Just like VR went to visit u in Perth?? Yeah pricks! I had my ticket and all for the show in Perth then they went and cancelled it. If I had known from the beginning they weren't gonna come I could have organised to fly East and seen em instead! |

I've emailed all the major promoters in Australia and they have all siad there are no plans of them bringing GN'R here anytime soon. Bit of a drag. I'm sure something will happen soon though. |

Yup indeed - don't let that throw ya anyone. It is a stock standard answer for a promoter to give. They're very rarely gonna say anything while they're still negotiating a tour, cause if it falls through, it makes em look unprofessional etc. Last year I emailed Andrew McManus Presents as I had heard there was a possible Cheap Trick tour of Australia happening, and got that same reply, yet a week later, the tour was announced. Fingers crossed they come!!!!!!!!!! |

When I emailed Frontier last year for VR, they were honest and told me the plans and dates about a fortnight before they came out. But this is GN'R, a million times bigger.
