All the demos are great but TWAT is at the top by far.  TWAT could be ranked with November Rain and Estranged imo.

Are the backing Vocals in TWAT from the other dudes or Axl or both. Coz I think I can hear others besides Axl?

It could be ranked with those songs because it's in the same vein. It's the only new GNR song that sounds like the Illusion stuff. Other tracks like "Better" and "Catcher" don't sound like anything Axl has ever done before. But with that said, TWAT is an AMAZING song

I can SO see Slash playing the solo at the end of this.

Yes! That would be EPIC without a doubt. I love this tune.

I would love to see them let the first minute of the song go without vocals, kind of a Led Zeppelin Intro--and then let the vocals kick in  (It was a long time for you, long time for me...) during the first chorus, and then go into the first stanza of lyrics.  Robin's guitar, that mimics the vocals, is incredible during the first stanza.  The first note he plays on his guitar is really cool, and he increasingly reminds me of George Harrison, the way he uses simple notes and string bending to generate amazing melodies!!

The Blues is pretty Illusions era-esque as well. I really dig all the new demos though...can't wait to hear the full, mastered album. If all the songs are this good or better, it's gonna be a fucking killer album.

i don`t know if i want them to play the first minute without vocals, but i definitely agree with you on robin finck ok

Btw

I think its

I could go back inside to the place in my soul  (not back in time)
They?re all alone, lonely teardrops
Ooh, are calling you
But I don't want to know it now
Cuz knowing you it won't change a damn thing

You are mistaken. Catcher In The Rye sounds like it should have been placed right before November Rain. Of course it sounds like UYI.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there...I don't think Catcher is in the same vein at all as Use Your Illusion. TWAT to me sounds like it goes hand in hand with Estranged, but Catcher I believe is a whole different sound...it's much more Beatles-esque (after all, the song is about Lennon).

BUT!!!...I think we can both agree that Silk Worms...is probably the worst Guns and Roses song in history...if THAT track makes it onto Chinese Democracy, it'd be a travesty
