You might want to practice on some socks, maybe some t-shirts before you try to tackle a whole glove.

Is it a delicate, girlie glove or a hardy, workwear glove? Might want to think about getting braces.

Try to plea bargain with them - if you concede defeat can you just eat the fingers of the glove and not the whole thing.

Also; Try prayer. First, for the release date and then, if it doesn't arrive, for the safe passage of the glove through your internal plumbing. Would be pretty embarrassing to have some  nurse with a rubber glove and a tub of petroleum jelly digging around inside you to dislodge a glove.
