WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

This is gonna be the best of the series.

I absolutely hate the whole "Trilogy" bullshit.

Why must movies end after a Trilogy? If u can keep coming up with new and cool things to do, I say keep the franchise going for as long as it is relevant and valid.

Is Keith Richards still set to be in it?

Maybe it's due to the fact that some of the actors would rather play other roles than star in one of these movies every year or so.  Cheesy

Looks sweet indeed. Cool

Is Keith Richards still set to be in it?

As far as I know he is, I remember seeing the leaked picture online, showing him in a pirate's costume. He's perfect for the part, really didn't need much make-up hihi

gone. IMHO just like everything else he recorded for the band.

Not the end of the franchise. Disney has plans to make more.

Yeah Keith's parts are already done from what I read.

As far as the trilogy...I like it.  POTC 3 will no doubt be amazing and probably on of the biggest box office grosses ever.   However, you start cranking out more sequels to make money and eventually it's going to sour somewhere and someone is going to leave and characters get written out and it goes to dirt.

Maybe a one off movie in a few years...but as for now the Trilogy works well aka Star Wars.  (The prequel "trilogy" could have easily been Pt 3. alone which is the only movie that mattered out of those ones)

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

I can't think of any movie franchise which has remained watchable beyond three pictures. I can't think of any that had three good movies in a row.

its all about money. if these movies continue to be ridiclously profitable like they have been, there will be more sequels.

i was hugely dissapointed with Dead Man's Chest. i hope this one is better.

the second movie was one of the worst things i've ever seen. if, in 12 months or whenever the dvd comes out, one of my friend buys it and wants to watch it whilst i'm round their house i might just watch it.

maybe.

I can't wwwaaaaaiiiiitttt for this movie!!!

I'm probably gonna do the same that I did for the last one.  Go see it by myself, to see if my daughter will be tramatized for life or not...then bring her and hide her eyes at things that are too gory (like the eyeball plucking at the beginning of the 2nd one).

In the meantime I'll be hopping around in joyous anticipation.  Grin

Id recommend anyone who hated the 2nd movie to watch it again.

I admit, the first time I saw it in the theater I didnt love it. It was just OK.

I went and watched it again a couple months later and absolutely loved it.

Looks cool, I think the second one wasn't that great, good movie but not great, some parts just felt a bit disconnected.

And about the trilogy thing, I know that Depp has stated that he'd be interested in making more of these movies if the scripts were good, and to be honest, that be great, if theyd take the easy "get the money" way I'm sure that Depp wouldn't be part of those movies.
