When I was talking about backing vocals, I meant the "Now I know you better, Now we all know better" parts.

That's Robin in both versions of the demo.

Everything else is Axl.

Sorry. Only just got round to listening to this. It's alright, if a little different from the other demo. Too much synth though methinks. Finck's solo at the end after 'all that I wanted was..' is absolutely killer on this version though . Thats the only improvement though to be honest, apart from Axl's clearer vocals of course.

I have heard the song live and it sounded really good. As much as I like guns n roses the I try not to listen to the new music until cd is realeased because I heard the blues and madagascar 5 years ago and I guess that they will be on cd.

I cant stand the beginning or the first few verses, but the second half of the song isnt half bad.  I can see it being a hit with the general public

Actually, pitman seems to contribute vocals to that part aswell as axl and finck, so im stickin with the belief that its just axl, in the ansence of better evidence that finck could have sung that part. i heard that solo thing he did ar rio, and thats not the same voice at all.
