I fuckin love this song...This has potential to be a huge hit, especially if this is only a demo..

I love that intro guitar..And yeah, the whole song...so simple and catchy...has elements of old GNR slightly, but alot more contemporary

man, the more i listen to this song the doper it gets.  i love this fucking song, it is such a step forward from the UYI era and sounds unlike any other rock music on the radio today.  it's SUPER catchy, and that intro rocks.  Axl's voice has never sounded better IMO.

What I don't get is why this person came to a GnR Forum and told everyone he had three songs, only to release 1 and a bit of one.  Don't get me wrong I'm grateful, but why dangle it in people's faces and then refuse to share the rest.  That's not right.

i think the demo sounds pretty good...the problem is it has bucketheads sound and style all over it..i would think axl would be conflicted about having such a song on his album without that member even being in the group anymore. Just my thought..

I think that is Axl in the chorus. And yes, this song is amazing. This song has really hit me hard. It's something special. It's so great to hear some rock with thought and soul. As for the lyrics, here's what I hear:

I think the intro is about..

Axl.. who.. locked himself into this box... and.. he thought he knew better than everyone eles.. the people who were trying to help him. and.. all he did was totally alienate himself. eventually people just assumed that he "knew better" than they did and gave up.

its really sad. =(

this is what im hearing. except the intro line is "they just thought i knew better, better". and that last line might be "had i known you better, you know i'd..."
