The middle part offers great contrast...LOVE it.
They don't have anyone that can play these parts live. So either:
They will not play this live on the posted live dates
They will have one of the current guitar players cover it with a DIFFERENT solo
They will have a new guitar player and play the song with the recorded solo's done live
What do you think is most likely to happen?

I dont understand what people are complaining about. Doesnt NR change drastically at the end?!?
Axl has always pushed the envelop as much as he could've with his musical vision.
So now you are getting something different again . What's the problem?
Not every song has to sound like classic GNR. That said, the elements are still there!
Don't get me wrong...... I love the song. It's just that there is a 15 second section the (to me) doesn't fit. With that being said, it doesn't ruin the song. It's just 15 seconds away from being perfect. It is a demo, I guess we just have to wait for the final version.. What I wanna know is, if BH is gone, what the hell are the gonna do in the Festival's tryin to play these songs....?!?! We can't be sure how old some of these demo's are. They could be from the trunk CD (which would make them at least 2 years old) or they could be from any one of the mystery listening parties Axl holds in after hours parties. That bucket solo may not be on the album. So why worry about how it's going to be played live untill we hear a complete version of the song. well it would be a shame if this song sounded extremely different at the end. I like most of what's there already |

2 things:
1- I love gnr fans, greatest in the world, thanks to all who sent me the song, and are still pm'n with the link. ?
2- Ive only listened to it once but i really like it, there are a couple of rough edges in the transitions but i really realy like the changes and how everything fits in, ?I like how axl gets intense in the middle of it, sounds pissed off. ?truely a great song overall.

mikegiuliana as well as maybe jameslofton are crying somewhere ?  Why in the fuck would we be crying? A really dumb thing to say. This song got even better than before. Already my favorite of the leaks, but the ending takes it to a new level. Although the song is no longer going to be the radio friendly catchy pop tune I had predicted it to be. In fact, I think this song breaks a little bit of new ground. It goes from being a pop tune into a metal jam within minutes. Amazing. |

When i first heard the first leak of better, i wasn't so sure. When i heard the second leak, i really liked the song. Now i have the full version. Better is sounding better then IRS. The Blues still rules though  |

i just gave the full version a couple of listen and yeah it does have a few bits that i'm not as keen on but i imagine this is an old, old version of what they are working with now, any tweaks have probably been done...
that bucket solo with that distorted end bit in the middle of the song must stay on CD it rips
i still think that out of what i've heard from possible CD tracks that this is the one! the one that will hook people in...
