This new version is much better, I have gotten use to Pittman's little donks and dinks, the background vocals axl uses are amazing.

I love the double voice effect and harmonizing he does.

Its not that big of a deal to be shot but RIR3 is amazing, everything about that song is unreal.

But it's done wrong and I thought everyone could actually hear that. Just like with Chinese Democracy. Many songs during that concert are done a bit off....so its only natural to understand that The Blues was off too...so I stayed off the RIR clip from then on out and got used to the right version. Its not very hard.

I find it hilarious that people are bitching about this version but yet I am certain if this was the "first version" we heard everyone would be in love with it....

I've played it several times, ?first couple not so much a fan compared to the first demo but yet it has already grown on me... ? ?

it's another demo... that simple... .like I said before, if it was the first version we heard knowing it's a demo no one would be bitching.... ? it would be the same ol shit of people saying I can't wait to hear the studio version!!

i got the rio version in my head for quite a while; then it was the 02 version; still trying to accept the 06 version of the blues. same with chinese democracy, although the bumble parts seem to grow on me now; irs, i never really liked too much, but the live version (rock am ring) is really a fine, energetic one. the new "better" is just a better quality file of a slightly different (and overproduced) version of the old one... if i had to choose, i'd - without a doubt - take the old one with the same file-quality the new one has

or backwards... because it might as well be that this "new" version was recorded before the "old" one; rumour has it that the latest leak was recorded 3-4 years ago (ca. the same time, the old one was done); this might be true, for buckethead is still on the middle-solo-part...

The first leak was nearly-studio also, beause Mr. Rose put a friggin amount of money in his equipment, if you remember the interviews with Brian May and Zakk Wylde.

The new version sounds a bit better, but it's not a difference like there was between a demo and a final version in 1987.

Musically and vocally it's the same version as before, but with a sharper mix and an overall polished sound. Technically there is nothing "new" as such. Still cool to have though, until we got the final version with BBF i presume
