Who cares if they play the song?  At least people can listen to something.  This at least gives the casual fan something to listen to and hear.  The leaks probably help GNR in the long run.  Let them play the song!  Give the people something!

its stealing,? even tho its great to hear new GNR material on the radio,? ?i rather wait until the material is finished and released legally,? ?Then its the real deal.

this is only my opinion tho,? if i was Axl, i do the same thing.... peace

Guns N Roses should be shot for this. A band refusing promotion for the single? What the hell are they on!? First, Axl fucks off for 15 years, then he decides to comeback and tour with all new band members...he doesnt really announce this and leaves the official website empty for months while dates are confirmed via promoters. Finally, the website goes up, but we dont get a studio album...a single...a promo video...a live video....a live cd/dvd, we get nothing...and now when a station actually decides to be kind to this man and play his song he decides that hes going to send them a solicitors letter and just tell them to stop playing it!? That doesnt make sense, hows this album actually going to change music history, if stations are being refused access to it and not being allowed to play what little they can get!?!

It boogles the mind!

because its a demo and its unreleased.   If Better is in fact the first single, I'm sure they will have a finished version to play when the time is right.

Although I have to admit this does suck, because you know some of these radio stations are going to get pissy about it, and then when it does come out, they wont want to play it Sad

Yeah this sucks, I can already here morning radio shows rallying the troops...."Call in and tell us what you think, tell us what you would say to Axl if you could" of course spin all their way and the Axl/Guns bashing continues, fuck.

I say it sucks but let them play it. The last thing this band needs is more negative press in the U.S.

This is just going to breed even more negativity and leave even more people, with a bad taste in their mouths whenever they think of Axl and GNR.
