A depressed, pessimistic and suicidal mage.
Nothing like having to hear "our quest is vain" every time you click an npc.
He was the worst mage in game, hands down..But still impossible to resist the temptation to take him along.
It's fun how atleast half of the Baldur's gate would-be party members were insane or atleast halfway there.

Good call! He was one my favorites as well It didn't matter he was basically useless, because his attitude more than made up for it

Yeah, I remember that guy... though if I recall correctly, it actually was possible to kill him, the guy had like 1 hp. Or maybe I'm confusing him with a similar personality that appeared in BG II, in Trademeet.
