I know it's meant to be funny, but for some reason I think the writers actually mean most of what they're implying about the "perfect storm of lameness" that is today's music.  They know enough about real rock n' rollers that most current trend whores wouldn't have a clue about to convince me they really mean it...except the vault part, that is.  Good stuff.
