02/28/07 - BREAKING NEWS!? ?HOOKERS N BLOW SPLIT UP!? THE BAND WILL BE PLAYING THEIR FAREWELL PERFORMANCE MARCH 4TH AT THE CAT CLUB IN LOS ANGELES.? THE SHOW IS BILLED AS THE FAREWELL REUNION SHOW, SINCE THE BAND WILL RE-UNITE ON STAGE.? THE BAND IS CURRENTLY BOOKING APRIL SHOWS WITH RATT/LOVE-HATE SINGER JIZZY PEARL.

02/28/07 - HOOKERS N BLOW CANCEL SOUTH FLORIDA MARCH RUN.? UNFORTUNATELY, THE AGENCY BOOKING THE SHOWS FAILED TO DELIVER ANY REAL DATES EXCEPT FOR THE BENEFIT SHOW IN ORLANDO.? UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN'T DO ONE SHOW IN FLORIDA FOR FREE.? WE APOLOGIZE TO THE ORGANIZERS OF THE EVENT.

OK..so it's not a break up..and it's billed as a REUNION show.....it will however mark the last HNB show w/ DIZZY REED for some time.? ?The band does have some pending shows in late April w/ Ratt's JIZZY PEARL who filled in for Dizzy last year.? ?The "JIZZY" version of the band actually plays more "Appetite" GNR since Jizzy spent some time in an early incarnation of "ADLER's APPETITE".

Well it sounds like good news that Dizzy has something planned with GnR, atleast it sounds that way to me....

OK..so it's not a break up..and it's billed as a REUNION show.....it will however mark the last HNB show w/ DIZZY REED for some time.   

Lets hope GnR kick it into gear again this year....

exactly my thoughts. After march 5th Dizzy won't play w/ 'em, right? If yes, Hmm... why did he take a break in march and not in april, when GN'R tour starts? Maybe they're going to promote the album? Maybe they'll be playing new musics in the next tour, and they're going to learn how to play them live? We don't know, but this sounds damn good to me. We need to ask Dizzy why that happened... maybe some problems (I really don't think so) or maybe Dizzy will have a full year w/ Guns N' Roses. Like on bbf's site, there's something like "no bumblefoot shows on schedule. playing guitar in Guns N' Roses". If my thoughts are right, they'll be performing a lot this year.

Would make sense. Remember that post on here that said Bumblefoot had finished recording? How long ago was that because mixing could have started around then. That's gotta be a couple of weeks ago now. Maybe they managed to finish  the mixing already.

Hopefully. Its definitely possible. Especially if all that needed to be mixed were Bumble and Frank's parts. In all honesty, I think that the new "Better" leak was intentional, and that it was a way to hold radio stations over until they can service radio with an official mix.

To be honest,  HNB would mean nothing to me if Dizzy wasn't in it, and even with him in it, it means very little

Bumblefoot said he finished his recording at the end of January.

So maybe early March will be for doing a photoshoot for the album, and making a video for the single.

Man I love to speculate.

I'm guessing Dizzy got "the call" on his red phone.  You know, the one that direclty links to Axl's house.  He was told to clear his schedule in March.  They are going to be filming a video, maybe even two of them, photos needed for the album sleeve and rehearsals for April Tour.

You guys read way too much into it..
...it's sort of a joke...how can a band have a FAREWELL/REUNION show the same night?...They were sort of making a mockery of KISS...etc

Anyway...Chances are this might be the last show for some time w/ DIZZY REED, but the band, although anchored around DIZZY has become sort of a "Brand" name..and still gets offers w/ Different Line ups...

....The A Line up of course includes DIZZY REED and always will.

Ok...go back to speculating..
