Buckethead used the same font on some of his past albums.  I'm pretty sure thats where the idea came from.

can't you just go to the tattoo shop and print a bigger copy of the original pic? most shops have a printer so that they can do that ok

I think the best idea is to take the booklet to the tattoo artist.

That way you have the original source and not a copy so to speak.
