Technically, we won't know that this is "false" untill September 17th, right?  Technically, it's a rumor.


Whatever.  Anyone else wanna make a pact to stay away from all GNR boards for a couple of months?  It's just getting depressing.

It's not a rumor since there's no source for it.

The store that says so, made it up themselves because there's no September 17th release date.

It's bullshit.

The store just figures how long it will take to mix the record then gives a false release date WITHOUT any info.  I knew it was false...and they will continue to be false until we get a press release...obviously.

I don't think this September date is true, but I'm seriously going to be dissapointed and pissed if this album doesn't come out at the beginning of the tour.  It doesn't particularly matter what I think, but what the Fuck.  You can't have 3 Chinese Democracy tours spread out over 5 years without an album and expect to be taken seriously. IMO

There seem to be those among us who echo this sentiment prior to every tour, and yet the tours keep on comin' and people keep on attending...Please remember that all known dates are taking place in parts of the world that have not yet heard the show we've been listening to for a few years now.  The final frontier, the last horizon.  They had better hurry up or they'll be playing Antarctica in '08.
