The forth studio album by Rammstein, titeled "Reise, Reise" will be released on September 20. Their new single "Mein Teil" kicks ass as usual. I can't wait for the album. What do you think? Some Rammstein fans in here?

Rammstein is a fuckin cool band. Too bad they are not well promoted.
They have a great frontman,they do well instrumentally,they're pretty original and they kick ass live.Just try the "Live aus Berlin" DVD

Yeah, "Live aus Berlin" is great. I have the DVD as well as the 2CD special edition album. The DVD "Lichtspielhaus" is awesome, too.

Btw, here in Germany they are promoted like hell. Every of their albums (Herzeleid, Sehnsucht, Live aus Berlin, Mutter) was No1 in Germany.

I adore Rammstein - probably my fav metal band, 2001's 'Mutter' is superb, hey i don't speak a word of German and might even struggle to point it out on a map but they still rock and are amazing musicianS - I have been impatiently waiting a new album from them for years!

Rammstein sind mein lieblings Deutsch music...

Or something like that!  I rate Mutter very highly and they're without doubt a great act live.  If this new album's better than Mutter it'll be great.  If you haven't seen them check out the video to Feuer Frei, it's a good advert for them (bang! bang!).

I hate the German language..so I used to hate Rammstein also. It just sounded fucked up to me that a good heavy rock band made their stuff with the German language..then I got the Mutter album and it just sounded so cool..all these heavy guitars and the raw edge of the language..then I learned out that this band ain't so shitty band after all..well I hate the language still 'cause I can't really make a one good sentence although I've studied it for 6 years.  Grin

I was reading about their live shows somewhere a while ago....Don't they do lots of crazy shit with pyrotechnics, rockets and dildo's?

i love Rammstein. they have such a variety and they're very original. I love their old and new stuff. Have you heard their version of the Barbie Girl song? It's hilarious. My favourite songs by them are Sonne and Amerika.

i have read some of thier songs in english and yes some a a tad bit queer, but it's the music i love...

i like machael jacksons songs (some of them) but i dont like him as a person, but he is good at writting and singing songs.

so if ramstein are queer i dont care cos i cant understand wat they saying anyway..

Most of you would have seen the movie "XXX" with Vin Deisel..

The BAND at the begining of the movie is Ramstein, so i look at that and imagine what it would be like to see them live, they are freaky looking and i love it.

Rammstein is spelled with two Ms. Anyone spreading the idea that they're Nazis or Nazi sympathizers is an ignorant asshole. It's not good "propoganda," it's stupidity. I actually speak both English and German, and their lyrics are very intelligent from a German speaking perspective. There's a lot of play on words and double entendres, they play around with context and pronunciation to make for different and difficult translations. Anyone who doesn't understand or speak the originating language and does a straight up translation is sadly going to lose about 80% of the depth and meaning to their songs.
