John - 33 - fan since I first spun "Appetite......" the day it was released.  Been a fan ever since.  Most of the time GN'R are all I listen to.  From Lancaster in the UK.  And until recently I did a bit of work on the "Nightrain" fanzine.  (ery much a shame it had to finish).  I am married to Beth, 3 kids (who all know the words to Paradise City - aged 8, 6 and 3 - so they are being nicely converted into GN'R fans).  First saw the band at Donnington '88 and did not see GN'R again until Manchester this year.

I'm 21 years old and as stated before, currently living in Belgium, although it's only like 1km across the Dutch border. I'm studying to be a translator in either English or Spanish. I'm also starting a Russian mini-course thing, not sure if I'm going  to like that one though, starting this Friday.

I have just been invited to give a paper at Yale University this year.
Oddly, the famous professor  who invited me was the subject  (target) of my recent book, in which I showed that his theory (which had been predominant since 1976) was not valid. Maybe a set up to get revenge?
