..is this a new album?

Peppers Ghost, that wouldn't have anything to do with Sargent Pepper?

New album yes; it was announced before the 13-CD set. Pepper's Ghost actually refers to the visual effect used in Disneyland rides such as Haunted Mansion that create ghostly images.

I just pre ordered 'Peppers Ghost' as it might sell out and never be available again. As I don't think Peppers Ghost is a mojor release like Enter the Chicken was.

As for VR's new album, well I'll download the mp3 version first, just to check it out. If it's good, then I'll buy it
As for Chinese Democracy, I don't see that ever coming out.

In fact it is a very diverse album. There is just one track that could be labeled as "nu-metal-influenced".
