sobriety test

So i was piss drunk, smelling of beer tonight and i got pulled over and had to take a sobriety test which i failed 2 of the 3 parts to it. the cops knew it, i knew the cops knew it and i also had expired tags. so why am i sitting at home posting on the internet ? why the fuck arn't i in jail !?

he might have not wanted to do the paper work or knew you were drunk and just pulled you over for the tags and not the bad driving. course it does depend on how good of driver you are shit faced so i dont know, but nice job

A good friend of mine was killed 10 months ago by a fucking drunk driver, his car was hit on driver side killing him instantly and putting his gf in a coma for several months so please don't tell me to lighten up.

If it was up to me I'd make sure that people who drink and drive would never be able to drive again...

I say all drink drivers should have their feet cut off. So they cant drive.
But than they cant drink drive wheelchairs.

No, not a "kind" cop. An irresponsible cop who did not do his job. Let me get this straight, you flunked the sobriety test and he sent you on your  way in the car, ready to kill or maim someone for life.

The cop should be fired.

And driving while  drunk is not to be passed off lightly as "everyone does something stupid once in a while." That is beyond idiotic. If you had lost a familiy member, as I have,  you would not be so fucking flippant about it.

Fortunately, nothing bad happened, so take it as lesson learned and don't do it again.

Deaths by drink driving can be stopped if people like you, SkynyrdGirl and Axlfreek all change your attitudes and stop making excuses for people who are breaking the law.? Playing with guns is irresponsible, as is drink driving.? Still though, if someone gets shot or run over then - "shit happens"
