First video - your predictions and ideas

(when) CD is released do you think that they will bother with releasing singles complete with video's? it's taken this long for an album, making video's may prove too much 

I was actually thinking about this today while I was in school.. and though at first I thought it was unlikely.. lets remember the UYI videos.. those were epic, and Axl was a big part of that no? So why would Axl go from something like the music video for Estranged... to no video at all?

So im sure there will be at least one music video.

I can't wait till MTV runs the music vid for "Prostitute"... wow something tells me that that song is gonna DESTROY. Personally the one im looking forward to most. Rumors point to it being the best track right?

That quote doesn't ring a bell, and as far as I can remember, none of the bandmembers have really elaborated on what road GnR will take post-Chinese Democracy

  Carlos GMS brings up an interesting point.  All of that footage put together in the right way could remind us an awful lot of Metallica's Unforgiven video...if we go another 20 or 30 years with this wait, he'll look alot like the dude who keeps trying to dig himself out of that cave or whatever the hell it was!

The more I listen to the "demos" the more Axl surpases my expectations...I cant imagine his creativity vision for the videos, Axl is just the greatest artist of all time. period.

I hope Axl does kick ass videos again. I was tryin to picture a "Better" video today, it has all sorts of possibilities.


Axl has a lot to live up to on that end as well though.

didn't anyone else find the gn'r epic vidios a bit over the top? with the exception of november rain, that video brings back very early and fond memories of my childhood. but i've never been a big fan of the estranged or don't cry videos, ba will probably beat me up for saying that but ah well!

Even though I love GN'R videos, I hope he makes a simple Music Video for the first single.
Just to reintroduce GN'R to the younger generation. That being said, I hope TWAT is made into a video like NR and Estranged.

and not beat a dead horse but I think buckethead in gnr videos would be killer , I mean axl and buckethed would be the next axl/slash partnership.

I've seen him in a solo vid once.  Same ol' goofy Buckethead just with a bunch of hippie colors surrounding him.  His act is so lame.

People would say ??Well, I guess after pouring 13 millions for the album, they run out of money for the videos??... That sounds more like an avant-garde, Yoko Onoish idea, BTW.

I hadn?t thought about Buckethead...If they are keeping his parts, they CAN?T ignore him in the videos. And they CAN?T have him in the videos if he?s not in the band and at odds with Axl. Mmm...one for the ages.

I really hope that GN'R will do videos for the new songs and not pull a Pearl Jam or anything.
