I assume most of you have signed up for emails at the official gnr website...has anyone gotten any emails yet?  Just wondering, as I signed up as soon as the website was opened, and have yet to receive anything.

doesn't it seem strange that this site hasn't evolved much and really has given very little in the way of news and merchandise? ?after all, isn't this the OFFICIAL gnr website?

nothing GnR related, but i did get a couple of MLB related emails right after i signed up at the GnR site.

I'm still wondering whatever happened to this "fan club" that i was supposed to get a free 90 day membership to.

I signed up ..got nothing and signed up again cos I thought something might have been wrong with the postal/zipcode thing since I live in The Netherlands and the codes there aren't the same as in the USA.

Still..didn't get anything till now.. Undecided

The Guns N' Roses site is pretty poor as far as band sites go.  I think it's quite low quality.  I'm a designer, and just about every part of the site is low quality, from the code, to the use of images.  And yeah, the fact that there's been some news posted and no one's been emailed about it is bad.  The Axl letter you'd have imagined would have been in the mailing list.
