How does this make sense??? Fire a guy that helped take your Franchise to the best record in history and Hire a guy that has not had success in the NFL. How does this improve your chances at a superbowl? Marty has the best regular season record of any nfl coach in the history of the nfl that has never won a super-bowl. I know the knock on him is play-offs, I know this because I talk a lot of shit about Marty. But come on Norv Turner??? How in the hell does that improve your team? I think even though the guy has lost in the play-offs, Marty is still hands down the better coach. There can be no argument there. He did good things in Cleveland, Kansas City, and now just finished taking San Diego to 14-2. Ya theres great talent there, but you can't have a great team with out good talent and good coaching. And they just lost good coaching. I'm not a San Diego fan by any means, but i just cannot understand how Norv Turner is a step up from Marty Schottenheimer.?
